An organised community in a foreign country can become a great resource for everyone. Through CCMA, Congolese residing in Massachusetts have established an organisation to foster unity and collaboration:
Our key focus are:
- Community Engagement and Information: Provide a platform for Congolese individuals living in Massachusetts to connect, share experiences, and foster a sense of community. Offer information on local events, cultural activities, news, and resources relevant to the Congolese diaspora.
2. Newcomer Support and Integration: Offer valuable resources, guidance, and support to newly arrived Congolese immigrants in the United States. Provide information on immigration processes, healthcare, education, employment opportunities, language assistance, and cultural adaptation to help ease their transition and enhance their integration into the local community.
